Atmospheric phases

In this field our research is mainly focused on automating and optimizing the design process of those complex phases of a space mission which need to consider an interaction with an atmosphere. To this end, simplified but accurate models of the different disciplines involved have been developed together with algorithms of global multiobjective optimization which exploit a distributed computational architecture.
