REVOIND

REVOIND INDUSTRIALE S.r.l

REVOIND INDUSTRIALE S.r.l. was founded in 1987 as a technology site incorporating many long‐standing companies operating for over 30 years in the aeronautics market. Revoind Industriale competencies are designing, engineering and producing components and systems made using high technology, industrial electronics and mechanical precision engineering for commercial, military, marine and aeronautics industrial applications.

The main products of REVOIND INDUSTRIALE are special bottoms for airplane cockpit, Control panels assembly for airplane and tank, manufacturing of Antenna mini‐station for direct reception of the data scattered by Earth observation satellites, manufacturing of structural and high precision components for aircrafts. Moreover, REVOIND INDUSTRIALE is also qualified by the major aeronautics and spatial industries‐ for the construction of high precision aircraft mechanical components and for electronic assemblies of military equipments.

The integration of the technical competencies applied in the mechanical and electronic fields (which are the daily core business of the company) represented the starting point for the development of the broad experiences in manufacturing and assembly of wind tunnel models. The most recent are:

  1. Instrumented ARO09 airfoil made of steel (the work was performed for the Italian Aerospace Research Centre – CIRA‐ for transonic tests).
  2. Instrumented ARO10 airfoil made of steel (the work was performed for the Italian Aerospace Research Centre ‐ CIRA‐ for transonic tests).
  3. Instrumented ARO12 airfoil made of steel (the work was performed for the Italian Aerospace Research Centre ‐ CIRA‐ for transonic tests).
  4. AEDC Cone made of an internal steel core covered with peek for IR measurements. The cone was also instrumented with steady and unsteady pressure transducers and coaxial thermocouples. (Italian Aerospace Research Center ‐CIRA‐ for supersonic tests).
  5. Two Instrumented NACA0012 of different size made of steel (the work was performed for the Italian Aerospace Research Centre ‐CIRA).
  6. Instrumented Wind tunnel Setup (with high frequency pressure transducer) for noise measurements – (the work was performed for the Italian Aerospace Research Center).
  7. NACA0024 equipped with trapped Vortex and steady and steady pressure transducer – Politecnico di Torino in the framework of the European Project VCELL.
  8.  Instrumented BAC3-11 airfoil made of steel (the work was performed for the Italian Aerospace Research Centre – CIRA‐ for transonic tests).
